I ate every bite of the Neapolitan flavor freeze-dried ice cream sandwich. The texture is crazy, good. It has a light, airy crunch when you bite into it, but melts down into a creamy classic ice cream flavor on your tongue. You can taste each flavor individually that tastes like the real thing. The chocolate wafer is crunchy and rich. Overall it is a yummy delicious mouthful of a taste explosion.
