These products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the state or local health department.

Although we are not inspected through health department, we take every precaution to maintain high standards. We maintain sanitary conditions, all of our equipment and tables are stainless steel.  We also utilize gloves and hairnets when in the shop.
